Babilou Family Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct 

This Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct is addressed to all our employees as well as all stakeholders with whom we work, and it clearly defines our stance on corruption practices. 

All employees must conduct their activities with integrity and ethics, regardless of local practices and customs, and comply with all anti-corruption laws and regulations in the countries where Babilou Family operates.

Babilou Family Code of Ethics 

The Code of Ethics applies to all employees and leaders of the Babilou Family Group, whether they work in France or in its foreign subsidiaries. 

It also aims to formalize our principles, values, requirements, and mutual responsibilities towards our suppliers, service providers, intermediaries, and, more broadly, all Babilou Family partners. 

This Code of Ethics should guide us in our daily interactions with our Business Partners. As such, it applies to them as well, specifying our requirements and aspirations regarding our business practices, selection, and relationships with our suppliers.
