KidsCare Morges, which has been operating in the region since 2011, offers family childcare for children from the age of 3 months until they start school. The daycare welcomes up to 71 children from Monday to Friday, from 6.30am to 6.30pm, in an international setting.
The daycare is open every day of the year, with the exception of official public holidays in the canton of Vaud, as well as 2 weeks between Christmas and New Year.
From a very early age, a bilingual French-English team looks after the health and well-being of the children in an environment designed to ensure their comfort and safety. An educational approach that encourages children's autonomy and development (Pikler, baby sign language, Montessori, Youp 'la Bouge, etc.) allows each child to develop at his or her own pace.
Two play areas adjoining the daycare and numerous excursions in and around the region give children the chance to enjoy outdoor activities. Where is the Morges daycare located?

The KidsCare daycare is located in the city of Morges, near the towns of Lonay and Tolochenaz, in the canton of Vaud.
Ideally located on the edge of the city centre, our daycare is close to shops, associations and the primary school. The intercommunal school association and the Morges after-school care service also offer you a network for your child's or your children's next school years.

Who works at the Morges daycare?

A dynamic team with a passion for early childhood cares for the health and well-being of young children in a setting designed to ensure their comfort and safety. Working closely with families, they support the different stages of a child's development and respect the learning pace of each individual. All the members of the team work together for the well-being of the children in the daycare and in the KidsCare network!

What pedagogical methods are used in the Morges daycare?

Our educational system is based on several types of pedagogy, all founded on respect of children and their development: baby sign language, Rikiko, Pikler, Youp'la Bouge, carrying and Montessori. This is also the case in our other childcare facilities. The youngest children are placed in free motor skills, so they can discover their daycare environment at their own pace and according to their own wishes.
Our choice of pedagogical method is an essential factor in development during the first 1,000 days of childhood. The learning process in not done as it would be for pupils at school but through games in a playful spirit. This enables children to gain confidence, independence, social skills and creativity.
